Small, hometown real estate boutique pays homage to local experience
The roots of Forsyth Realty Group run deep into the City of Arts and Innovation, and throughout many parts of Forsyth County and the surrounding area.
Eleanor Bell, the owner of Forsyth Realty, grew up between Summit School and Graylyn Estate, and graduated from RJ Reynolds High School and Greensboro College.
In January 2017, following a successful 31-year career with large brokerage firms, Bell decided it was time to establish her own brand as a local boutique brokerage firm. To this end, Forsyth Realty’s registered slogan is “Home Grown. Local Experience. Global Connections.” Though Bell solely owns Forsyth Realty Group, the firm is managed by her husband, George Bell, a 40-year veteran of North Carolina real estate.
“Forsyth Realty will never be a large brokerage firm, as our business plan sets forth a growth plan of 12 to18 highly educated, highly trained brokers, each of whom will have deep-rooted ties to the Triad region, but specifically to Forsyth County,” said Eleanor Bell, owner and broker of Forsyth Realty Group.
“As a life-long resident of Winston Salem, my experience and knowledge of the area and market has helped put both buyers and sellers at ease,” Eleanor Bell said. “From first time home buyers to experienced home sellers, building relationships is important to me. I strive to balance the personal, as well as the business, needs of my individual clients and their transactions. At the end of the day, the satisfaction of each of my clients is what my business is built upon.”
“We are poised for growth, but only to the extent we have the right brokers—local, educated, trained, and motivated—to be a servant leader for each client that chooses to work with us.”
